My passion for music and sound motivated me to study in-depth on how to create, shape and position audio to produce emotional impact. Here are some of the films that I worked as a sound designer and surround mixer.
Luz no Escuro
Light in the Dark has many different visual elements to play with: live-action, 2D/3D animation and stop motion. The challenge was to create sounds that blended the different visual styles to support the narrative of the story.
Antes do Lembrar
In the first evidences of mankind in the south of Brazil we meet, side by side, the visible and the invisible parts of a story.
The aesthetics of the film gives freedom to explore these unconscious noises that we are very familiar. Primitive sounds like the formation of earth and droplets from millenary caves, together with field recordings from the outstanding landscapes of Rio Grande do Sul compose the sound piece.
